By downloading, installing, or using Afriknect ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Afriknect is a business management application designed to help small shop owners in Africa track sales, expenses, customers, and profits. The App is provided "as is" for personal and commercial business use.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Afriknect.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
• Use the App to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful content.

5. Your Data

6. Intellectual Property

The Afriknect name, logo, and all related content are owned by Afriknect and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Afriknect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afriknect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of profits or business data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
